Great job so far I think the text and the color really push with the idea of that robotic voice telling us about the "test". Maybe even pushing the font further so it's more pixelated would work well too with it. It reminds me of an old DOS program.
I really like the idea you're going for with this. Everything fits. As Charlie said thought, pushing the font and maybe even the background further would make it work even more.
